1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PromptCourse (the "Service") operated by Paweł Cejrowski IT Services ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PromptCourse is an online educational platform that provides AI prompting training courses, exercises, and AI-powered feedback. The Service includes interactive exercises graded by artificial intelligence systems.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

PromptCourse offers one-time payment plans:

• Individual: $25 - 1 user, 50 AI evaluations, 12 months access
• Team: $100 - 5 users, 200 AI evaluations, 12 months access
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for larger organizations

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. AI Evaluation Limits

Each plan includes a limited number of AI-graded evaluations. Once your evaluation limit is reached, you will need to upgrade or wait for limit renewal. Evaluation limits are per organization and shared among all users in team/enterprise plans.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Submit malicious, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms
• Resell or redistribute course content without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and the Service itself are owned by Paweł Cejrowski IT Services and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal or internal business training purposes only.

9. AI-Generated Content

The AI feedback and scores provided are generated automatically and are for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or inconsistencies. Users should use their own judgment when applying learned skills.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paweł Cejrowski IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice when possible.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also request account deletion at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
